Zoning Reform Bill

From PennFuture: Councilmen Kenney and DiCicco have introduced a Zoning Bill to establish a 29- member Zoning Commission to work with national experts to modernize our Zoning Code. As many of you know, our current Zoning Code was developed during the Eisenhower Administration and is over 600 pages long. More importantly, the code is out of touch with the current needs of the community. We need 2/3 of Council to give an affirmative vote on Thursday, December 14th. Please take a minute to contact your City Council members to urge them to support Bill No. 060699 and Resolution NO. 060716.
