I Love the Farm Show

The Pennsylvania Farm Show is the largest indoor agricultural exposition in the nation. The Farm Show Complex contains 25 acres under one roof, spread throughout 11 buildings (including three indoor arenas). I went last year; it's a blast.

That's really funny - we went, too! My daughter loves the tractors and they let you climb all over them.

We almost went this year but missed it because of poor planning.

Maybe it's something about living in the city that drives "city folk" to the country...?

Love the Farm Show too! And I'm sure you're familiar with another great Pennsylvania tradition, about three hours from the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg ... Groundhog Day! This year, Philadelphia firm Red Tettemer and Pittsburgh firm Ripple Effects created a fun viral campaign at www.GroundhogCrossing.com for the Pennsylvania Tourism Office to generate some buzz around Phil's 121st weather prediction, including voice and text messaging, and some crazy cross-country videos of the groundhog from Tijuana, Mexico all the way back to Erie, then State College, then Punxsutawney - ha!
