More Condos: This Time in Spring Garden
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, a 500-foot condominium tower on the site of the Best Western Motel at 22d and Spring Garden Streets is in the works. The tower would be 47 stories tall and include 274 units.

Doesn't that exceed the height restrictions on buildings within 200 feet of the parkway?
The paper said something about it being zoned R-15, which apparently has no height restriction. Don't know anything about a prohibition related to proximity to the Parkway.
